6、Quality Problem Solution6、物品质量问题解决方案:

6.1、质量问题,商城所有产品在买家收到货一个月内包退货,3个月内保修。

6.1If our products has quality problems,we accept exchange or return within a month,and repair within 3 months after buyer receive packages.

6.2、质量问题,50美元以下商品不需退货即可享受重发货物、退款或补寄配件等服务,50美元以上商品,由买家将商品发货至我司当地国家售后服务点或退回中国,我司承担不高于商品价格20%的退回平邮或挂号运费,我司收到货后给予换货、退款、换配件等服务,具体处理方案由双方友好协商。如果是人为损坏,我司也可提供技术支持,但是维修费、运费等需由买家自己承担。

6.2Quality problems, Processing scheme should be Negotiated in good faith by buyer and seller.Not Human damage,if order amount under 50USD,we can offer exchange or refund or send replacement parts for free without return.Orders amount over 50USD,we offer exchange or refund or replacement parts after buyer return package to our company or to local after sale service station.Meanwhile,we can offer partial return postage.If Buyer damage the product by himself,we can offer repair as well,but buyer should afford the repair fees and postage.

6.3、 需赔偿的,请买家在联系我们的时候提供可证明质量问题的图片或者视频,以便我们确认原因并迅速提供解决方案。我们会在两个工作日内提供解决方案给买家。

6.3If Buy need to apply compensation,please offer pictures of video to Prove the quality problems,so we can confirm the problem and give buyer solution rapidly.We often provide solution to buyer within 2 business days.


7、代发货:

7.1、支持一件代发,并提供有偿增值服务,买家需求请务必在货物未发前得到我司确认。
